GOOD GREENS MATCHA OATS

We have been told all our lives to eat our greens, it will make us strong. Here you go watch Popeye an be brainwashed. Though it does hold truth and greens have amazing health benefits for our body. Lucky for me I have never been a fussy eater and always eaten my veggies. However with 5 a day a thing of the past and 10 a day moving forward, I wonder how we can all incorporate more veggies into our diet. So when The Good Guru sent over their Good Greens powder, I had hit the jackpot. A single scoop of The Good Guru Good Greens powder is full of enough vitamins and minerals to supply you with one of your five a day. I decided to whip up some good greens matcha oats with an added dose of Pure Chimp matcha powder for that super extra energy boost.
