This Saturday I needed a big pick me up. Having had an indulgent night and the odd glass of wine. I woke up feeling groggy and bloated. As you do. Now I am older even a glass of wine makes me suffer for hours. I remembered why I rarely drink anymore. So with my mouth feeling like ghandy’s flip flops and my stomach like a washing machine, I needed some goodness in my body! I have recently received a lot of goody parcels. Considering I was planning a long walk my protein berry oats seemed like a good incorporation. As well as my Bee Energised, which I thought would help give me that lift throughout the day. Yes I made it into a Healthy Berry Protein Milkshake!
