Movie nights, date nights, late nights, none of them are the same without some naughty sweet goodies to indulge on. The problem is normally for me that involves bars of chocolate, packets of crisps, cream cakes, anything that is full of sugar or additives. I thought it was time to find something new, something easy, yet something delicious and low in calories. Some home made popcorn. Everyone’s favourite at the movies is popcorn, and new modern brands of popcorn have been literally popping up on the supermarket shelves, boasting delicious flavours yet low calories. I can see why they are so popular, who doesn’t love a bit of popcorn, super moreish yet full of fibre and low in fat. I am a big fan of peanut butter, and at the moment I am constantly using Hale Naturals peanut butter powder, especially the chocolate one, it has 70% less fat than traditional peanut butter and high in protein and fibre. The best thing is it can be added to everything. So here it is my recipe for chocolate peanut butter popcorn with just four simple ingredients.
