JUST BEE HONEY WATER – REVIEW

As you are all aware by now, I am a HUGE fan of flavoured waters. They go over tap water, fizzy drinks and squash hands down! I have tried and tested so many sparkly and still waters, all with their own unique tastes, and different benefits. Last year so far I my taste buds got tingling with POW energy water, OmegaWater, JF Rabbit Veg Water and Flo Drinks. Now I get to add another one to the list. Just Bee honey water. Now before their Dragon’s Den fame (We will get back to that) Just Bee had already grabbed my attention. I liked the fact that honey was added as a sweetener rather than other substitutes such as stevia that leaves your mouth feeling funky, Plus the additional health benefits that honey can give you is a great bonus. I didn’t need The Den to sell it to me, and it looks like they didn’t need the Dragon’s to sell it for them. As they turned down the investment opportunity, it was clear they didn’t need a Dragon on their side, as they are pretty much smashing it on their own. I didn’t even necessarily agree with the Dragon’s either. As I would most definitely buy this as a premium drink. I am one of those who orders a bottle of sparkling water at dinner, rather than juice or coke. So for me it is an option when looking for a a treat drink, a sweet drink or a refreshing one.JUST BEE, JUST BEE HONEY WATER, JUST BEE DRINKS, HEALTHY WATER

What Are The Benefits Of Honey?

Honey has been used for its medicinal purposes for literally thousands of years. I have relatives who eat a spoonful a day and stay on the healthy side. Taken from realfoodforlife.com the ten major health benefits of honey are…

1. Prevent cancer and heart disease
2. Reduce ulcers and other gastrointestinal disorders
3. Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-fungal
4. Increase athletic performance
5. Reduce cough and throat irritation
6. Balance the 5 elements
7. Blood sugar regulation
8. Heal wounds and burns
9. Probiotic
10. Strengthen the immune system

So yes I think I choose honey over sugar or artificial sweeteners any. What I also love about Just Bee is that its a family business, coming from generations of bee keepers so these guys really know what they are doing. Not only that but I also adore their Save The Bees campaign, where they send you a packet of Wildflower seeds to plant. As Albert Einstein said

“If the bee disappeared off the face of the earth then man would only have 4 years left to live. No more bees, no more pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more man!”

JUST BEE – LEMON & GREEN TEA:

This is a lovely flavour, its just almost like and iced tea version of that I drink every morning. As I am a fan of iced tea this is a winner for me. Its that one wheere you save for pre/post workouts or when you need that next energy kick. Instead of reaching for a nasty caffinated drink just go for one of these. Give your body the natural kick it needs not the fake one.

JUST BEE – BLUEBERRY:

This had to be by far my favourite. I adore all things blueberry and this was no exception. It really had a Ribena feel and got me feeling all nostalgic. Its also one I would opt for if you have some sugary cravings going on, and it really hits that sweet spot.

JUST BEE – APPLE & GINGER:

As you are aware ginger is not my strong point. In fact not my strong point what so ever. Therefore I can appreciate the flavours in this one, and the apple and ginger marry together really well. Its the refreshing one, gives you that Ooooomf. Due to the ginger it also means its my partners one haha.

SO yes I rate these drinks highly, the quality, the flavour and the company in general. So I recommend giving them a slurp!

These sound a really tasty drink, although I haven’t heard of this range before, nor seen then on Dragons Den, though I do watch the program occasionally.
