Lolita Bonita

As you all well know by now, I am not a breakfast person – I have to be awake for at least a few hours before I fill my belly! However, now I am back at uni and trying to work out before lectures, it’s crucial that I have my morning meal! Unfortunately, with time restraints, it’s not so easy to whip up smashed avo and scrambled eggs. Therefore, I have to get experimental with my breakfast, you know to make it interesting as well! So, I was thrilled to receive a new ingredient to play with, One Earth Blends. I opted for the Rejuvenate Your Soul, as I felt it fit perfectly into my lifestyle and routine to combat stress and fatigue. I opted to make some healthy rejuvenating cherry chocolate breakfast muffins to compliment to flavours in this blend.

One Earth are avid promoters of wellbeing and good health and believe that happy people are healthy people. They are the new champions of superfood and want to support the health journey of everyone young and old. Their unique organic mixes make it easier for everyone to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. Such a yummy treat! I’ll definitely try to make this myself❤️❤️❤️ Great post!

Sounds delicious. Definitely going to have to try making these with my daughter. I’m sure she’d love them. Need to buy the Rejuvenate Your Soul powder first though as I assume it’s an essential ingredient.

Sounds delish, you should try overnight oats as well! Takes about 10 mins to prep the night before then is ready for you in the morn! Great post though!

I do I love them 🙂 more of a Summer breakfast for me!
