Chocolate has to be my biggest weakness, especially when trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. Yes I can make raw brownies with cacao powder, and eat nibbles of dark chocolate. However place anything chocolatey in front me and it gets immediately devoured. My problem is self control, therefore I do not buy these sorts of foods for the house. Out of site out of mind. Yet I am currently at my nanas. What it is about grandparents wanting to fill you full of sugar? Even when your 25 they still do not stop. Anyways Prana Protein became my saviour. They sent me a lovely box stuffed with goodies, inside some chocolate protein. Perfect for after my workouts in the garden and long fell walks. I find that eating something chocolatey in the morning fulfils my cravings. So I went all out and created some triple chocolate coconut pancakes to satisfy my needs.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COCONUT PANCAKES INGREDIENTS:
1/2 packet of Prana chocolate protein shake.
1 mashed banana.
1/2 packet of Prana coconut protein shake.
A handful of cacao nibs (Indigo Herbs)
1 tbsp of cacao powder (Indigo Herbs)
1 tbsp of Prana Protein chai seeds.
1/2 packet of Pineapple Nims Fruit Crisps
A handful of coconut chips (Indigo Herbs)
A drizzle of Sweet Freedom coconut choc shot
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COCONUT PANCAKES METHOD:
In a bowl mash up the banana.
Crack in the two eggs.
Add the Prana Protein powder, cacao powder, and nibs.
Mix well until all combined.
In a non stick pan on medium heat add a tbsp of coconut oil.
Place a ladle of mixture at desired thickness into the pan – Once they start to bubble flip them over!
Repeat until you ave your wanted stack size.
Add all your toppings and enjoy!
